United Arab Emirates



 The United Arab Emirates is one of the twenty-two Arab countries, located in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula in the south-west of Asia. It oversees the Arabian Gulf and shares its borders with Saudi Arabia and Oman. It covers an area of 83,000 square kilometers, It is a federal state with seven emirates: Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah Sharjah, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain.

The UAE has seven airports, the most important of them is Dubai International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world, and Abu Dhabi airport, and the state contains a number of important seaports.


The seven emirates have an internal policy specific to each emirate, headed by a certain ruler, and do not interfere in the affairs of the other internal Emirates. However, its foreign policy is unified in the global and regional goals. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan united emirates on 2/12/1971. The National Day of the State is celebrated every year by its citizens, and Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the current president of the country. The population of the UAE is close to 8 million. There are many different ethnicities and nationalities such as Indians, foreigners, Filipinos and others. Islam is the religion of the state, the Arabic language is the official language, and the Dirham is the official currency of the country.


Climate

The climate of the UAE is dry desert, characterized by its warmth and sunny. Its summer is characterized by high humidity and high temperature, and the amount of rainfall annually is relatively few. The floods spread when there is heavy rain; because the infrastructure in the UAE were not designed to allow the discharge of water automatically.


Economy

Since the discovery of oil in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi more than 50 years ago, the UAE has undergone radical transformations that have transformed it from a small desert country that relies on its economy for pearls, trade, fishing and limited agricultural activity to a modern state with a high standard of living.

The UAE has the sixth largest oil reserves and the seventh largest natural gas reserves in the world. It is one of the petroleum countries that depends on its economy to sell and manufacture petroleum products. The state has recently implemented various measures aimed at reducing dependence on oil that constitutes 30% of the national income.


World Happiness Council

In terms of happiness, positive publicity and prosperity for the population, it is well known that the UAE is one of the pioneers in this field by launching several government and community initiatives that serve the citizens and achieve happiness and prosperity in all fields. This is confirmed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to adopt a new approach to the happiness of mankind, based on cooperation and integration of efforts.

In March, the World Happiness Council was announced in the UAE to be the first of its kind and a positive message for all countries in the world to achieve the dreams and ambitions of the UAE in order to provide a happy and stable environment for those living on its land and be a message for change and positiveness in the adoption of the concepts of happiness and transform them into an effective culture that is applied locally and globally.
